Alex and his team just installed engineered hardwood floors in our living, dining, and kitchen, plus tile in our laundry and a new backsplash in our kitchen. I can't say enough about how great every area looks!! Getting Floor'd really goes above and beyond to make sure the customer is satisfied and that each space is completed to the highest standard. We live in a 100 year old, historic home with uneven floors. When Alex bid the job, he did not include plywood for a sub-floor, yet when the crew came to put in a laminate floor in our guest room, they found that there was no sub-floor. Alex honored his quote and ate the cost of the plywood.

Walked in the door for the first time, immediately greeted by Raina, whom could not wait to provide service and assistance. If she did not know the answer, she quickly located someone that did. Their selection is unbelievable, well organized, and completely updated. Ordering was a breeze, James provided tremendous, unending assistance, and Katie is so personable with her customers that it became a true pleasurable shopping experience shuffling through the tremendous amounts of selection samples they have available. If you need assistance deciding, they are more than happy to provide valuable insight; they know their product. Shipping times were very accommodating and all products arrived on time, and as promised. You will leave there saving much money, and very pleased with their service. It was obvious they will go the extra mile to accommodate your flooring needs and assure you are excited with your purchase. Why go any place else?

Alex and his team did a fantastic job.

We had new carpeting installed in two bedrooms, three closets and our library. They moved all of the furniture out of the rooms (including a piano), removed and hauled off the old carpeting, installed the new pad and carpeting and then placed all of the furniture back. All without a single scratch to the furniture, the walls or the baseboards! True professionals.

They originally scheduled two days to do the job but they asked permission to stay a little later on the first day so that they could finish it in only one day. Naturally, we were delighted.

The installers made sure we were happy with all of their work throughout the process. As they left, they reminded us that if we found anything we were not happy with to simply call and they would come back out to make it right. It doesn't get any better than that.

Getting Floor'D made us 5 custom rugs from the leftovers of the new carpeting. They have fully bound edges and a non-slip backing - a nice compliment to the surrounding areas.

We couldn't have been happier - Getting Floor'D will get all of our future flooring business.
